Which payment methods does SALETE accept?
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, JCB, AliPay, and WeChat Pay. For domestic payment (Thailand) we also accept mobile banking and prompt-pay. All payments made on www.everydaysalete.com are secure – we use Omise payment gateway, with Omise, merchants will never have to concern about data security as the risk for merchants is zero. Omise is fully responsible for all the sensitive data and the compliance of international data security standard (PCI-DSS 3.2 in all 3 scopes). Clients are safe.

We ship worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.
How long does it take for your order to arrive?
All international orders placed on our website will be shipped via DHL Express. It takes approximately 4-7 business days to reach your door.
For Thailand Domestic orders, we ship via Thailand Post, Kerry Express and Flash Express. It only takes 2-3 Days.
How much are shipping costs?
For all domestic orders in Thailand are free of charges.
For international orders, we use DHL Express. The shipping fee will depend on the size of the box and also the destination countries. The shipping fee will show on your checkout page. It will be calculated based on your bag and the shipping address.
* Please note that some countries might have import duties and tax. DHL will collect it from you upon delivery.
The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging.
Item/s marked as “sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. SALETE takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by SALETE.
